B&B Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR RESERVATION AND STAY
  1. Availability request: an availability request can be made by telephone (+39 3496905806) or through the appropriate form in the CONTACT section on this website. You will be contacted within 24 hours.
  2. Confirmatory deposit: to confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount is requested, either by bank transfer, with a prepaid debit card or Paypal. This deposit has to be made within four days after receiving the confirmation sent by us. Otherwise, and without written communications stating differently, the reservation will be considered tacitly renounced by the customer and therefore the room will be free for third parties without obligation of reimbursement by the B&B.
  3. Documents: upon arrival a valid identification document is required for each guest to be registered in accordance with the applicable Italian laws. Minors must be accompanied by at least one of their parents or they must be equipped with appropriate authorization.
  4. Availability of the room: your room will be available from 4 pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed (check-in from 4 to 7 pm). Check-out is intended within 10 am on the day of departure.
  5. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR YOUR BELONGINGS OR OTHER ITEMS LEFT IN YOUR ROOM UNATTENDED. Therefore, we ask you not to leave any valuable items unattended.
  6. Breakfast and cleaning: Guests can enjoy breakfast in the breakfast area of the B&B from 8 to 9.30 am. Every two days, from 09.30 to 11.00 am, the rooms will be cleaned and towels will be changed. The bed linen will be changed every 7 days, or on request.
  7. Prohibitions:
    – No animals are allowed (Viola, our dog, is very jealous);
    – It is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and in the common areas;
    – It is not allowed to bring people inside the B&B other than those who are registered, unless you have a specific approval.
  8. Cancellation: in the event of cancellation by the client, a written disclosure must be sent. We will then proceed in the following way:
    a) For cancellations made within 30 days before arrival no penalty is expected and the entire amount of the deposit will be refunded;
    b) For cancellations made from 30 days to 15 days before arrival 50% of the deposit will be refunded;
    c) For cancellations made within 14 days before arrival no refund will be provided.
  9. Payment: the remaining amount of your stay will have to be paid in cash upon arrival. We don’t accept credit cards, prepaid debit cards, bank cards or checks.
  10. Inability to confirm the reservation: if the B&B can’t accept a booking due to force majeure, the amount that has been paid in advance will be completely refunded.

This regulation is considered fully accepted and signed by all its points (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) when booking the room.
